Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction and in compliance with the E-commerce regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we kindly ask you to review the following policy before completing your purchase:

1. Order Nature

  • Most of our products are offered on a Pre-order basis, where each item is specially sourced upon customer request.
  • Product details and estimated delivery timelines are clearly provided prior to order confirmation.

2. Cancellation & Return

  • Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation and payment due to the nature of Pre-orders, except in cases outlined in this policy and in accordance with applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted in cases of change of mind after purchase.

3. Exceptions (Defect or Error)

Customers are eligible for a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • A clear manufacturing defect in new items.
  • Receiving an item that is completely different from what was ordered.

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof must be provided (photos/videos).
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging.

Process:

  • The case will be reviewed by the store management.
  • If approved:
    • The customer is entitled to a replacement or a refund.
    • If the same item is unavailable, an alternative or a refund will be offered.

4. Luxury & Vintage (Pre-loved) Items

  • Some items may be vintage or pre-owned, and may show natural signs of wear.
  • The condition of each item is clearly stated in the product deion.
  • Such items are not considered defective if they match the deion and are not covered under manufacturing defects.

5. Return Eligibility Conditions

  • The item must be in 100% original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
  • Any signs of use, damage, alteration, or removal of packaging will void eligibility for return or exchange.

6. Shipping

  • In cases of defect or store error:
    ✔️ The store will cover all shipping costs (both ways).
  • In all other cases:
    ✔️ The customer is responsible for shipping fees.

7. Disclaimer

  • Minor differences in color or size may occur due to lighting or photography.
  • Completing a purchase indicates full acceptance of all stated terms and policies.
