Return & Exchange Policy

In order to ensure customer satisfaction and in compliance with the e-commerce regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, please review the following policy before completing your purchase:

Some items may be available on a pre-order basis (Pre-order), which will be clearly stated on the product page along with the estimated delivery time before purchase completion.

Certain products may also include unique or luxury characteristics related to craftsmanship or materials, which are part of their natural design identity.

2. Cancellation & Returns

Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled due to the special nature of our products, including pre-order items, except in cases stated in this policy and in accordance with Saudi e-commerce regulations.

Customers are not entitled to return or exchange products due to change of mind after order confirmation.

3. Eligible Return or Exchange Cases

Customers may request a return or exchange only in the following cases:

• Clear manufacturing defect in the product.
• Receiving an item that is completely different from the original order.

Conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Clear photo or video evidence must be provided.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Procedure:

• The request will be reviewed and inspected by the store management.
• If approved:
• The customer is entitled to an exchange or refund.
• If the same item is unavailable, an alternative will be offered or a full refund will be issued.

4. Jewelry & Handbags (Special Items)

Some items may feature natural variations due to materials, craftsmanship, or luxury production processes.
These variations are not considered defects as long as the product matches its description and listing.

Minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

5. Return Acceptance Conditions

To approve any return or exchange request, the following must be met:

• The item must be in 100% original condition.
• All original packaging and accessories must be included.
• The product must not show any signs of use, damage, alteration, or removal of packaging.

Any use or packaging removal may result in rejection of the request.

6. Shipping

• In case of a confirmed defect or store error:
  ✔️ The store covers all shipping costs (both ways).
• In all other cases:
  ✔️ The customer bears the shipping costs.

7. Disclaimer

Minor variations in color or size may occur due to photography lighting or screen display differences.

Completing a purchase indicates full acceptance of all terms and conditions stated in this policy.
